Objective:Exploring the application effect of improved urination diary combined with behavioral intervention in patients with overactive bladder syndrome(OAB)in Parkinson's disease. Methods:Selecting 120 Parkinson's disease OAB patients hospitalized in our department as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases using a random number table method. The experimental group used a self-designed improved urination diary combined with behavioral intervention, while the control group used conventional bladder function training. The changes in urination function, urination symptoms, and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were observed. Results:After intervention, the number of single urination,Core Lower Urinary Tract Symptom Score(CLSS),and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39)scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the single urination volume in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving urination diary combined with behavioral intervention can reduce the frequency of bladder overactivity symptoms in Parkinson's disease OAB patients, improve urination function and symptoms, and improve the quality of life of Parkinson's disease patients.
