Objective:To analyze the effect of modified infusion tee in preventing infusion complications.Methods:86 patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups with 43 cases each.The control group was routinely treated with the connected tee,and the observation group modified the fixed therapy based on the connected tee.The occurrence of complications,the occurrence of adverse events during the infusion,and the nursing quality control during the infusion were compared.Results:The complication rate in the observed group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing quality control score was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of tee tube infusion,improve the use of infusion tee tube fixation method can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,meet the demand of patients during infusion,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the effect of infusion nursing quality control,the use of improved fixed infusion tee tube value is higher,worthy of application.
