Objective:To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of cognitive frailty in elderly hemodialysis patients. Methods:Fifty elderly hemodialysis patients in hospital were included in the study.According to whether the patients had cognitive frailty, they were divided into cognitive normal group(30 cases,MMSE<27 points)and cognitive frailty group(20 cases,MMSE≥27 points).A questionnaire survey was conducted on the two groups of patients. The influencing factors of cognitive frailty were analyzed by Logistic regression.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the gender composition ratio of red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, creatinine, total cholesterol, total protein, and albumin between the cognitively normal group and the cognitively impaired group(P>0.05).The age, blood phosphorus, white blood cells, lymphocytes, urea nitrogen, uric acid,triglycerides,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,CFAI score, and dialysis time of the cognitively normal group were significantly lower than those of the cognitively impaired group(P<0.05),while the blood calcium of the cognitively normal group was significantly higher than that of the cognitively impaired group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,blood phosphorus, white blood cells, lymphocytes, urea nitrogen, uric acid,albumin,triglycerides,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, blood calcium, dialysis time,CFAI score and other factors are all influencing factors of cognitive decline in elderly hemodialysis patients.
