目的:探讨中药贴敷联合芳香疗法对混合痔患者术后康复的影响.方法:根据随机数表法将医院收治的84例混合痔患者分为两组,各42例,对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上观察组实施中药贴敷联合芳香疗法,连续干预7d.比较两组术后不同时点肛周疼痛、水肿、创面愈合及生活质量情况.结果:观察组患者术后12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d VAS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后第1 d、3d、7d肿胀评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后第1d、3 d、7 d创面愈合评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量评分提高,且观察组评分更高(P＜0.05).结论:混合痔患者术后实施中药贴敷联合芳香疗法,可有效缓解肛周疼痛及肛周水肿,促进创面愈合,提高患者生活质量.
Objective:The effect of TCM application combined with aromatherapy on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids was observed.Method:84 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine application combined with aromatherapy for 7 consecutive days.Compare the postoperative perianal pain,edema,wound healing,and quality of life between two groups at different time points.The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 12 hours,1 day,3 days,and 7 days after surgery(P＜0.05);Compared with the control group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery,the swelling score in the observation group was lower(P＜0.05);The wound healing score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery(P＜0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores improved in both groups,and the observation group had a higher score(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with aromatherapy can effectively alleviate perianal pain and edema,promote wound healing,and improve the quality of life of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
