Objective:To explore the clinical value of thromboelastography combined with Caprini risk assessment in predicting lower extremity venous thrombosis after hip fracture. Methods:a total of 124 patients with hip fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital, there were 101 cases in the control group(without lower limb thrombosis)and 23 cases in the study group(with lower limb thrombosis). The thromboelastogram parameters at 4 days after surgery were compared between the two groups, and the risk assessment of CAPRINI score was performed.Results:4 days after operation, the K value and R value of the study group were lower than those of the control group, while MA value and Angler angle were higher than those of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the preoperative Caprini score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the postoperative CAPRINI score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the TDR value combined with the CAPRINI score had the highest predictive power(AUC=0.906,Youden index 0.53,sensitivity 93.00%,specificity 60.00%).Conclusion:thromboelastography combined with risk assessment is a good predictor of lower extremity venous thrombosis after hip fracture, which is worth popularizing.
