Objective:To investigate the family resilience level of middle-aged and elderly patients with first-onset stroke and its relationship with caregiver burden and social support.Methods:One hundred middle-aged and elderly patients with first-inset stroke with their main caregivers(n=100)were enrolled in this study.The Family Assessment Resilience Scale(FRAS),Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used for questionnaire survey.Results:The total scores of FRAS,ZBI and PSSS in this study were(181.70±7.64),(35.92±9.73)and(52.40±7.00).The FRAS score and ZBI score were negatively correlated(r=-0.635,P<0.05),and positively correlated with PSSS score(r=0.449,P<0.05).Conclusion:Family resilience of middle-aged and elderly patients with first-onset stroke is above the middle level,and it has certain influence on caregiver burden and social support among middle-aged and elderly patients with first-onset stroke,which can be used as an entry point to take targeted nursing intervention measures in time.
