Objective:To study and analyze the nursing intervention effect of family centered continuity nursing applied to ascites caused by cirrhosis.Method:Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,n=30.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received family centered continuity nursing intervention.Evaluate the compliance behavior,self-care ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Result:The observation group had higher rates of taking medication on time,regular diet,regular sleep,and rehabilitation training than the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability scale(ESCA)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family centered continuity of care has a good intervention effect on patients with liver cirrhosis ascites,which can improve their compliance behavior and self-care ability,improve their quality of life,and enhance their nursing satisfaction.
