In order to clarify the legal positioning and applicable rules of cab operation right as the object of pledge,this paper analyzes the differences of decisions in practice,and clarifies that the cab operation right is inter-preted as the cab operation income within a certain period of time can be used as the object of pledge.Cab operating right pledge in the public shall take the registration of effective doctrine,the registration agency in the unification of the customary can be applied;pledgee to realize the pledge can take the general provisions and direct charge of the combination of the way.
