The emergence of industry education integration is an inevitable product of the deep development of school enterprise cooperation,providing new ideas and space for the coordinated development between industry and education,especially for the improvement of students'employability,which has had a positive impact.This article analyzes and explores four improvement strategies,including practical education,innovation and entrepreneurship a-bility cultivation,career oriented curriculum design,and employment services and guidance.The aim is to enhance the employment ability of college students,better promote the increase of their employment rate,improve the quali-ty of their employment,promote social prosperity and stability,and make education more meaningful.
