In recent years,roller press has widely replaced the traditional ball mill pre-grinding system in the metallurgical industry with the characteristics of high efficiency and low energy consumption,but because of the complexity of the system structure,it also brings the problem of frequent system failures.In this paper,the princi-ple and fault causes of the metallurgical roll press system are analyzed,and the system fault is numerically simulated by using simulation software,and the fault characteristics are analyzed,and the online monitoring strategy of the system is finally formed.
