Ladle turret is the key equipment of continuous casting.This article describes the causes of cracks in the receiving saddle of continuous casting ladle on the rotating table of a factory are analyzed in detail.In view of the difficulty of on-site repair,an auxiliary heating tool was made,and the structure reinforcing scheme and welding process were determined.The accuracy of online processing is guaranteed,and the practice has been verified.
