This article introduces the working mode of the blast furnace hydraulic mud gun,systematically ana-lyzes the reasons for abnormal mud pressure,and provides a method for point inspection,maintenance,and repair acceptance during the operation of the mud gun,ensuring the stable operation of the blast furnace hydraulic mud gun.Real time monitoring of the mud spraying pressure of the hydraulic mud gun is implemented,and a pressure change trend chart is drawn in the computer.According to the predetermined standards,the data of the mud gun op-eration process period and mud spraying pressure are analyzed to determine the operating status of the hydraulic mud gun mud spraying system,achieving preventive maintenance.
