Class is the basic organization unit of college students'education and management.Class teachers,as the first responsible person of class management,should adopt effective management methods to maximize the ef-fectiveness of class management.In this paper,the author has worked as class teachers with"heart,emotion and love to compose educational feelings;Establish rules,clarify rules,observe rules,and strictly implement conven-tions;The class management practice of guiding,guiding,teaching and cultivating core qualities"is carried out in three aspects,and a set of class management methods is summarized,aiming at providing useful reference for the management of college class teachers.
