From the perspective of constructivism,this paper reflects on the traditional teaching philosophy and students'learning behavior in grammar teaching in vocational colleges,advocating that teachers help and guide the learners to reconstruct their knowledge already acquired to build up the latter's own new understanding and output.It tries putting forward some innovative actions and strategies in grammar teaching in vocational colleges accordingly.
