Since the essence of data elements has been clarified,the value of data has been fully affirmed and re-alized in commercial activities.However,driven by profit-oriented,data infringement occurs frequently in enterprise operations and data transactions.In addition,although the rights and interests of enterprise data property have been recognized by the judiciary,the relevant regulatory path is weakly targeted,and cannot effectively meet the protec-tion needs of enterprise data rights and interests.It is necessary to trace the origin of enterprise data infringement li-ability,clarify the selection of the attribution path and the adjustment of specific elements,so as to connect the chain of liability determination of data infringement and provide certain reference and theoretical support for the im-provement of enterprise data property infringement norms.
