国有企业推进纪法衔接问题研究

本文结合工作实践,研究了纪法贯通衔接的发展历程、制度体现以及近年来在国有企业的实践情况,分析了纪法贯通衔接存在的问题和原因,提出了新时代国有企业推进"纪法贯通、法法衔接"的措施与思考,要提高法治思维能力,保障纪法协同渠道顺畅,精准落实"纪严于法、纪在法前",坚持自我革命,努力做到纪法有效贯通、法法有机衔接.
Based on the work practice,this paper studies the development process,system manifestation and practice in state-owned enterprises in recent years,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the connection be-tween discipline and law,and puts forward measures and thoughts for state-owned enterprises in the new era to pro-mote the"integration connection between discipline and law,connection between law and law".It is necessary to im-prove the thinking ability of the rule of law and ensure smooth cooperation channels between discipline and law.Ac-curately implement the"discipline is strict in the law and discipline is before the law",adhere to the self-revolution,and strive to effectively communicate the discipline and law and organically connect the law and law.
