Among the novel types of financing guarantees,the right of return on franchise is gradually occupying a very important position in practice.In China,most of the practical practices on the right of return on franchise are based on the Supreme Law Judgment No.53,and the discussion on the right of return on franchise injurisprudence is often limited to the types of return of franchise from existing return of franchise,without typological analysis and conduction of return of franchise.How to typify the franchise revenue rights involved under the existing cases and thus provide a better practical path for the pledge of franchise revenue rights is the inevitable way to go though.
