On the basis of analyzing the practical problems of logistics service costs,core competitiveness,entry barriers,regional characteristics,etc.in state-owned steel enterprises,this article proposes specific transformation and development strategies from the aspects of constructing a scientific and reasonable bidding mechanism,organi-zing performance evaluation indicators,and multi-party collaboration mechanism,providing reference for the trans-formation and development of logistics in state-owned enterprises.
