State-owned enterprises,as the backbone of the national economy,have their party member education and management work directly related to the stable development of the enterprise and the fulfillment of social re-sponsibilities.This study is based on the existing problems in the education and management of party members in state-owned enterprises,combined with their development needs and profound significance,and proposes a series of measures and suggestions such as focusing on learning as the foundation,concentrating on thought;teaching accord-ing to needs,enhancing intelligence and empowerment;precise training,consolidating the foundation and nurturing vitality;innovating and advancing models to improve the scientific and standardized level of party member education in state-owned enterprises in a targeted manner.
