The Communist Youth League is the pioneer force of the youth's eternal struggle. The Communist Youth League in universities plays a vital role in the ideological guidance of college students, possessing unique advantages. Taking Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example, under the guidance of the "Three Holistic Education" concept, this paper constructs a coordinated practical carrier of on-campus learning, social practice and volunteer service. Through continuous value shaping and ideological guidance for college students, the ideological and political work is intensified, the validity is enhanced and the degree is increased, and the education quality and efficiency of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities are promoted, and fully realizing the omnipresent and ever-present educational pattern of "Three Holistic Education".
