In order to better convey policies and solve problems in practical work, the language of party and government documents should possess strong logic, and its wording should be elegant, concise, and clear. Well-designed language in party and government documents can improve work efficiency and more accurately express the intent of the issuing authority, avoiding unnecessary troubles and misunderstandings. However, in actual writing, there are still problems such as insufficient summarization of material content, inaccurate choice of words and sentences, unclear logic expression, and lack of integration with current political hotspots. To effectively enhance the text quality of party and government official document writing and better play the coordinating and communication role of party and government documents in official activities, targeted measures need to be taken from four aspects: extracting and summarizing material content, reasonably arranging word and sentence selection, analyzing and clarifying language logic, and continuously updating the expression of terms.
