In order to better serve the development of regional economy in higher vocational colleges, we actively explore a new talent training model of "emerprise new appren ticeship system" in schoolenterprise cooperation. During the apprenticeship period, online and offline teaching will be conducted by on-campus mentors, and after arriving at the enterprise, professional skills guidance and training will be provided by enterprise mentors. This approach is conducive to promoting the participation of industry enterprises in the entire process of vocational education talent cultivation, and promoting the construction of academic disciplines in colleges and the training of corporate staff through cooperation. This paper takes Ma'anshan Technician College's enterprise-based modern apprenticeship as an example, analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation process of talent cultivation under this system, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. Based on this, the implementation process and achievements of the modern apprenticeship program are summarized, aiding in better cooperation and development between schools and enterprises.
