This paper, through interview and survey, uses the keyword encoding method to conclude that under the background of the integration of industry and education in"innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation", the construction of the mechanism for vocational college student entrepreneurship incubation bases is influenced by five aspects: policy resources, talent cultivation, mentor teams, enterprise cooperation, and cultural environment. After research and analysis, it was proposed to increase policy support and improve management mechanisms; promote the reform of entrepreneurship courses and build an innovation and entrepreneurship training education system; establish a mentorship system for entrepreneurship, and build an entrepreneurial service team; strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, build resource docking platforms and other related construction strategies, the construction of a mechanism for vocational college student entrepreneurship incubation bases is an important way to achieve the integration of "Triple Innovation" in industryand education, which helps to cultivate innovative talents and meet the needs of social and economic development.
