The"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges are excellent craftsmen who cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. The level of professional identity affects the professional independent development of teachers and quality of talent training. The research reveals that the professional identity level of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges in Anhui Province is relatively high, but it does not significantly improve with age, work experience, monthly income, and professional title promotion. The main factors that affect teachers'professional identity can mainly be attributed to social and school factors. Therefore, it is recommended to implement corresponding strategies from the national, school, and individual levels to promote the professional identity level of "double-qualified" teachers.
