The continuous upgrading of industrial structure brought by economic development poses severe challenges to the traditional construction industry, which urgently needs transformation and upgrading. Compared to traditional construction methods, there is a shortage of talent in the whole process of prefabricated construction, which seriously restricts the development of construction industrialization. Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, it is very important to train skilled talents of prefabricated construction. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of training skilled talents for prefabricated construction in China's vocational education. Starting from multiple dimensions such as teaching system, faculty team, teaching resources and practical teaching, it constructs a comprehensive mechanism for cultivating prefabricated construction talents. It aims to train more professional skilled talents for prefabricated construction, ensuring a high degree of matching between the profession and industry demands, providing sufficient talent power for the development of prefabricated construction, and further promoting the green transformation and sustainable development of the construction industry.
