摘要
法治教育是全面依法治国方略的基本要求,是培养新时代德才兼备职业教育人才的本质要求.高职院校是青少年普法的重要阵地,针对高职院校法治教育形式单一、育人效果不佳等问题,显隐融合的法治教育模式,有利于引导学生坚定走中国特色社会主义法治道路的信仰,为推动中国式现代化的高质量发展,全面推进依法治国建设提供重要保障.
Abstract
Legal education is the basic requirement of the comprehensive strategy for governing the country by the law and is essential for cultivating talents with both political integrity and professional competence in higher vocational colleges in the new era.As an important venue for legal education among the adolescents,higher vocational colleges are now facing issues such as the monotony of legal education forms and poor educational outcomes,the integrated explicit-implicit model of legal education is conducive to lead the students to firmly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,providing an indispensable guarantee for promoting the high-qualify development in Chinese-style modernization as well as the comprehensive construction of a law-based governance system.
