Based on the life cycle theory of green building and the existing evaluation standards for green building,The paper analyzes the incremental costs and benefits within the life cycle of green building,develops an economic evaluation model,which can be applied to comprehensively assessing projects.This model dispels the inherent mindset of"high consumption"associated with green buildings,which will promote their marketization and popularization,and accelerate the development of green buildings and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy.
