面向经济欠发达地区纺织服装产业高职技术人才培养模式研究——以皖北地区为例

摘要
纺织服装产业是经济欠发达地区经济发展的重要支撑,也担负着稳民生促就业的重要使命.文章以皖北地区为例,在梳理皖北地区2019-2022年纺织服装产业发展数据后,认为该地区纺织服装行业目前存在利润下滑、企业发展后劲不足等劣势.企业高质量的发展离不开人才的支撑,而高职院校是人才培养的重要基地.为此,文章基于皖北地区纺织服装人才新需求来探究高职院校"三阶段技能递进式"人才培养模式,以期优化人才培养方法,提高经济欠发达地区纺织服装产业高职技术人才培养质量.
Abstract
The textile and apparel industry is an important support for the economic development of economically underdeveloped regions,and also carries the important mission of stabilizing people's livelihood and promoting employment.Taking Northern Anhui Province as an example,after sorting out the data of the textile and apparel industry in the region from 2019 to 2022,it is believed that the current disadvantages of the textile and apparel industry in these areas include declining profits and insufficient momentum for enterprise development.The high-quality development of enterprises cannot be separated from the support of talents,and higher vocational colleges are an important base for talent training.Therefore,based on the new demand for textile and apparel talents in Northern Anhui Province,the paper explores the"three-stage progressive"talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,aiming to optimize talent training methods and improve the quality of talent training.
