高等职业院校新能源汽车专业设置与产业发展适应性研究——以安徽省为例

摘要
安徽省新能源汽车产业发展需要技术技能人才支持,高等职业院校承担着人才培养的任务,在新能源汽车产业人才培养上还存在诸多问题,专业布局结构与产业匹配度有待加强、专业设置与地方产业融合度不高、人才培养规模结构与人才需求契合度有待提升.高职院校应对接地方产业发展,优化专业布局结构,构建高质量新能源汽车专业群,提高专业与产业协调发展的适应性.
Abstract
The development of new energy automobile industry in Anhui province needs the support of technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges undertake the task of talent cultivation.However,there are still many problems in the training of talents for the new energy automobile industry,for example,the match between professional layout structure and industry needs to be strengthened,the integration degree between professional setting and local industry is not high,the fit between talent training scale structure and talent demand needs to be improved.Higher vocational colleges should connect with the development of local industries,optimize the layout structure of majors,build high-quality new energy vehicle professional groups,and improve the adaptability of the coordinated development of majors and industries.
