Although scholars have conducted various studies on the impact of cross-border e-commerce,there is relatively little research on the impact on labor employment,especially in-depth discussions on the spillover effects of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones on labor employment space.The article introduces Spatial Difference in Difference Model to study the impact of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zones on labor employment,and finds that it has a significant promoting effect on labor employment in the local city and further promoting the employment of labor in surrounding cities,the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone has a significant spatial spillover effect.Overall,the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones contributes to the improvement of regional employment levels.
