Application of "Combination of State and Target" Strategy in the Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema
"Differentiation of state and target"is a new clinical differentiation and treatment idea proposed by TONG Xiaolin,academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences,which continues traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,and fits modern medical diagnosis and treatment thinking and innovation.It reveals the essence of TCM"state"and the mechanism of modality adjustment,makes the disease perspective more three-dimen-sional,and makes full use of modern pharmacological research results of traditional Chinese medicine to give full play to the advantages of multi-target treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The use of drugs is more accurate and the treatment is more appropriate.Diabetic macular edema is one of the main causes of decreased central visual acuity in workingage people,and the recurrence rate is high and the control rate is poor due to Western medical treatment in clinical practice.In view of this situation,the academic thought of modality target is applied to identify the state of the disease at different times from a macro perspective,accurately set the target from a micro perspective,adjust the mo-dality and target,and rebuild the disease diagnosis and treatment system to improve clinical efficacy.By learning the connotation of Academician TONG Xiaolin's"combination of state and target"treatment strategy,combined with our team's clinical practice in the treatment of diabetic macular edema,the author distinguished the disease from the"blood stasis"state as the cause,the"loss"state as the result,the pre-cause and good consequences,from the macro state of blood stasis,the micro state of loss,the combination of disease target,disease target,target,modality and target,tak-ing into account the overall concept and accurate treatment.It can improve the curative effect and delay the recurrence time,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of diabetic macular edema.
