National TCM Master YANG Chunbo's Experience in Treating Syndrome of Dampness-heat of Spleen and Stomach with Qinghua Decoction
Professor YANG Chunbo is the third national master of traditional Chinese medicine.He is good at using the theory of"spleen and stomach dampness and heat"to diagnose and treat gastrointestinal system diseases.YANG believes that spleen and stomach damp-heat are caused by internal and external factors,and the individualized etiol-ogy,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal diseases with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome should be identified from the perspective of"Three Factors".In view of the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases caused by spleen and stomach dampness and heat,Mr.YANG takes the general treatment principle of clearing away dampness and heat,regulating Qi and relaxing collaterals,and creates"Qinghua Yin"as the basic prescription,which combines the differentiation of cold and heat,the differentiation of triple energizer,and the protection of healthy Qi strengthening the body and preventing evil,etc.The experience of differentiation and treatment is cubed.Based on Yang Lao's clinical cases,the author expounds YANG clinical experience in treating gastrointestinal diseases with spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome,hoping to be helpful in guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
