Objective:Based on data mining technology,we explore the medication regularity and characteristics of Xin'an doctors in ancient and modern times in the treatment of breast cancer,and provide prescription basis and ideas for clinical treatment of breast cancer.Methods:Collecting traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treat-ment of breast cancer from ancient and modern Xin'an medical records,use WPS2019 to manually establish an Excel Chinese medicine database,and use SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 for clustering and correlation analysis.Results:50 prescriptions were screened strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria,involving 124 tra-ditional Chinese medicines,of which a total of 20 medicines were used≥7 times,led by Angelica sinensis.The me-dicinal properties are cold,the taste is bitter,and the spleen meridian is the primary meridian.The effective compound formula is mainly composed of heat-clearing drugs,deficiency-tonifying drugs,blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs,etc.High-frequency drug combinations include licorice-ginseng,Ligusticum chuanxiong-white peony root,angelica-ginseng&licorice,etc.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer by Xin'an doctors in ancient and modern times is quite distinctive.It focuses on tonifying,focusing on regulating Qi and blood,consolidating the essence and strengthening the body,and paying equal attention to strengthening the body and eliminating evil.This provides ideas for the clinical treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
