Data Mining of Chinese Medicine Medication Pattern of Semen Benincasae
Objective:Discovering the medication rules of winter melon seeds from traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions containing winter melon seeds can lay a foundation for the clinical rational use and development of win-ter melon seeds.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of winter melon seeds were searched through Huabing Data,Traditional Chinese Medicine Think Tank,Puji Fang and other databases.Use EXCEL 2021,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 26 to conduct frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis on each component of the drug.Results:A total of 248 Chinese medicine prescriptions containing winter melon seeds were included,of which 319 were included in the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia".The 10 medicines with the most compatibility with winter melon seeds are:coix seed,peach kernel,licorice,honeysuckle,and reed root.,moutan bark,rhubarb,an-gelica root,poria cocos and bitter almond.The main diseases treated are lung diseases,and the core drug combination is Wei Jian Decoction.Conclusion:Winter melon seeds are mostly compatible with drugs that taste sweet,bitter,and pungent,and have warm,cold,and neutral properties,and belong to the liver,lung,stomach,and spleen meridians;they are often used to treat lung diseases,spleen diseases,and kidney diseases.Systemic diseases,reproductive diseases and skin and mucosal diseases are basically consistent with the results of modern pharmacological research on winter melon seeds at home and abroad.
