A study on the Clinical Efficacy of Duloxetine Combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang in the Treatment of Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness
Objective:To observe the combined use of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of Duloxetine and study its clinical efficacy in treating persistent postural dizziness with phlegm turbidity and moderate obstruc-tion.Methods:Patients with persistent postural dizziness who presented to the hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected.A total of 40 patients had the syndrome of phlegm turbidity and obstruction.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Patients in the control group were provided with an oral treat-ment regimen of duloxetine,while patients in the observation group were given Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the pre-and post-treatment scores of the 2 groups were analyzed to determine whether the data were statistically significant.Results:After a 4-week course of treatment,the patients'HAMA,HAMD,and DHI scores all declined significantly.From the DHI and HAMA scores,the scores of the observa-tion group and the control group were lower than the former,and the differences were statistically significant.signifi-cance.Judging from the HAMD score results,there was no significant difference in the data between the two groups;there was no significant difference in the safety indicators between the two groups.Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Duloxetine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and alleviate dizziness,anxiety,depression and other conditions;Huanglian Wendan Decoction has good effects on clinical symptoms such as dizziness and anxiety,and is effective on clinical symptoms such as depression.It is not obvious,and the clinical ap-plication of Huanglian Wendan Decoction has few adverse reactions.
