Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom percussion along the meridian combined with acupuncture in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:72 patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia who met the criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received basic stroke treatment combined with acupuncture,5 times a week,2 weeks as one course of treatment, for a total of 4 courses. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group used plum blos-som needles to tap the Yangming meridian, the upper limbs to tap the hand Yangming large intestine meridian, and the lower limbs to tap the foot Yangming stomach meridian,3 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment, and a total of 4 patients were treated.Treatment course. The changes in Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA)score, daily living activity ability Barthel index(BI)score and modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS)grading of the patients in the 2 groups before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy between the 2 groups was compared. Results:After treatment, the FMA score,BI score and upper and lower limb MAS grading of the two groups of patients were all better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the above three indicators in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%,which was higher than the 77.8%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum-blossom needle percussion along the meridian combined with acupuncture is more effective in treating post-stroke spastic hemiplegia than acupunc-ture alone. It can significantly improve the limb motor function and spasticity of patients with post-stroke spastic hemiple-gia,and improve clinical efficacy.Improve patients'quality of life.
