摘要
目的:观察芪精胶囊治疗气阴两虚型 2 型糖尿病患者中医症候评分、血糖及胰岛功能的影响.方法:选取符合标准的 2 型糖尿病患者 120 例,按 1:1 随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各 60 例.对照组予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加芪精胶囊,3 次/d,一次五粒,2 组疗程均为 12 周.观察治疗前后 2 组患者中医证候评分、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后 2 h血糖(2hPBG)、空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后 2h C肽(2hBCP)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后 2 小时胰岛素(2hPINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)变化,分析芪精胶囊治疗气阴两虚型 2 型糖尿病患者的临床疗效.结果:2 组患者证候评分均明显下降(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,2 组FBG、2hPBG、FCP、2hBCP、HbAlc、FINS、2hPINS、HOMA-IR均下降明显(P＜0.05),并且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).HOMA-β 水平均较治疗前升高(P＜0.05),观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:芪精胶囊对气阴两虚型 2 型糖尿病患者的治疗效果显著,能有效控制血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻患者的临床症状.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Qijing Capsule on TCM symptom score,blood sugar and pancreatic islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency type.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group at a ratio of 1:1,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets;the observation group was treated with Qijing capsules on the basis of the control group,three times a day,five capsules at a time,and the treatment course for both groups was 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-h post-prandial blood glucose(2hPBG),fasting C-peptide(FCP),2-h postprandial C-peptide(2hBCP),fasting insulin(FINS),meal Changes in insulin(2hPINS),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),and pancreatic β-cell function index(HOMA-β)2 hours later were analyzed to analyze the effect of Qijing Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Qi and Yin deficiency.Clinical efficacy.Results:The syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Af-ter treatment,FBG,2hPBG,FCP,2hBCP,HbAlc,FINS,2hPINS,and HOMA-IR in both groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).HOMA-β levels were all higher than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qijing Capsule has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency.It can effectively control blood sugar,improve insulin resistance,and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.
