Application of Manipulation Intervention Combined with Copper Needle Scraping in Patients with Plasma Cell Mastitis
Objective:To explore the application and clinical efficacy of manual intervention combined with copper Bianstone scraping in plasma cell mastitis.Methods:100 patients with plasma cell mastitis who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases.The observation group was treated with manual intervention combined with copper Bianstone scraping,and the control group was treated with manual intervention.The therapeutic effect of this combined method on plasma cell mastitis was observed.Among them,copper Bianstone scraping was performed once a week,and ten times constituted a course of treatment.Manual intervention Once every 30 to 45 days.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 78%,and that of the con-trol group was 58%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of breast lumps in the observation group after treatment was 0.Conclusion:The meridian qi and blood regulating effect of copper Bianstone scraping combined with the dredging effect of manual intervention has good clinical effects in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.It can shorten the treatment time,reduce the patient's pain,reduce the recurrence rate,and maintain a better breast appearance.
