The Effect of Liyuan Tang Combined with Proton Pump InhibitorOral Administration on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms and Gastroscopy Examination in Patients with Chronic Gastritis
Objective:To study the effect of Liyuan Tang combined with proton pump inhibitors on traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and gastroscopy efficacy in patients with chronic gastritis.Method:150 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received conventional oral treatment with proton pump inhibitors(omeprazole enteric coated tablets),while the observation group received combined treatment with Liyuan Tang on the basis of oral Western medicine.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastroscopy efficacy,gastric mucosal morphology and function laboratory indicators,and ad-verse reactions before and after treatment between two groups.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the con-trol group,the study group had relatively lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(upper abdominal discom-fort,epigastric distension and pain,acid reflux,and loss of appetite),higher effective rates of gastroscopy treatment,higher levels of serum pepsinogen I(PG I)and serum gastrin(GAS),and lower levels of serum pepsinogen II(PG II)(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Liyuan Tang and proton pump inhibitor oral regimen can promote clinical symptom improvement and gastric mucosal repair in patients with chronic gastritis,ensuring overall treatment effective-ness.The medication regimen has excellent safety performance and has clinical promotion and application value.
