The incidence rate and mortality rate of tumors are increasing year by year,while the limitations of chemo-therapy and radiotherapy are increasingly shown.ferroptosis as a new way of cell death,by more and more scholars,Chi-nese medicine monomer/purification of the tumor types,greatly enriched the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine anti-tumor ferroptosis research,also has a small amount of compound against tumor iron death of theoretical exploration,but mainly focus on Chinese medicine monomer/purification.This article has sorted out the relevant regulatory mechanisms of the study of TCM monomer/refinement and TCM compound in tumor ferroptosis in recent years,and provides new ideas for the scientific research directions such as guiding clinical drug use and exploring new mechanisms.
