总结程红亮主任基于"咽为经脉之所聚"理论,采用"辨经论治"针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床经验.谨守"脑-咽-脏腑"三位一体理念,融"咽为经脉之所聚"理论,合"病候、病位、经络"三辨法,以"辨经论治"中风后吞咽障碍.经过十余年的探索确立了以项部取穴+舌咽部取穴+辨经取穴为治疗思路,首选督任经以调阴阳,次取脾胃肾以养先后天,辅取肝心经以促气血行,进一步提高了临床疗效,形成了针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍关键技术.
On the Application of the Theory of "Pharynx As the Gathering of Meridians"in Swallowing Disorders after Stroke
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Director Cheng Hongliang in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke by acupuncture based on the theory of 'pharynx is the gathering of meridians'. We should adhere to the trin-ity concept of 'brain-throat-viscera', integrate the theory of 'pharynx is the gathering of meridians', combine the three differentiation methods of 'disease symptoms, disease location and meridians', and treat dysphagia after stroke with 'differentiation of meridians'. After more than ten years of exploration, the treatment idea of acupoint selection + glos-sopharyngeal acupoint selection + acupoint selection based on meridian differentiation was established. The first choice was to regulate yin and yang by governor vessel and conception vessel, and the spleen, stomach and kidney were selected to nourish the successive days, and the liver and heart meridians were selected to promote qi and blood circulation, which further improved the clinical efficacy and formed the key technology of acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
