He pointed out that the brain, Governor vessel, Conception Vessel, Heart meridian and Kidney meridian to-gether constitute the "The House of Mental Activity" in a broad sense. Governor vessel, Conception Vessel, Heart me-ridian and Kidney meridian running smoothly, then the brain is full. Therefore, he pays special attention to the Qi and blood circulation of this four-meridians. After more than twenty years of clinical research, he established the treatment of Governor vessel, Conception Vessel, Heart meridian and Kidney meridian acupoints+ local acupoint, The core group of points is Baihui - Fengfu - Shenting of Governor vessel, Qihai/Guanyuan of Conception Vessel, Yongquan of Kidney meridian and Shenmen of Heart Meridian. On the basis of this theory, the method of "Huayu Tongluo" herbal-moxibustion is proposed as the main intervention therapy. This kind of treatment is a combination of moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine to achieve the effect of removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals, awakening the brain. It has been widely used in vascular dementia, stroke and post-stroke dysphagia and other related complications and with significant clinical efficacy.
