Study on the Anti-Alzheimer's Disease Network Pharmacological Action Mechanism of Active Ingredients of Angelica Sinensis
Objective: Use network pharmacology to explore the mechanism of action of Angelica sinensis in treating Alzheimer's disease. Methods: The main active components of Angelica sinensis were screened through the TCMSP Chinese medicine system library, and then the disease targets were screened out through GeneCards, OMIM and other libraries. Cytoscape software was used to draw the "Component-Target-Disease" network diagram of Angelica sinensis in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The STRING library was used to construct a network diagram of the related effects of target proteins. GO and KEGG were used to conduct biological annotation and pathway analysis of key tar-gets. Results: 125 active ingredients play a role in treating Alzheimer's disease by intervening 82 targets and mainly 3 pathways. Conclusion: The active ingredients of Angelicae Sinensis may treat the formation of Alzheimer's disease by inhibiting the pharmacological effects of acetylcholine, cellular immunity, and vascular endothelial factors.
