Effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo Formula Combined with Dual Antiplatelet Therapy on the Changes of Serum Markers and Stent Restenosis after Cerebral Vascular Stenting
Objective: To observe the effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with dual anti-drug drugs on serological changes and restenosis rate in patients with ischemic stroke who underwent stent implantation. Methods: 100 patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with aspirin (100 mg/d) plus Plavix (75 mg/d). On this basis, patients in the treatment group were given Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription for 6 months. The changes in inflammatory factors and platelet-related indicators and the restenosis rate of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results: The differences in serum inflammatory factors and platelet-related indicators between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant; the differ-ences between the groups were statistically significant. The restenosis rate in the treatment group was 10%, and that in the control group was 26%. The restenosis rate between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with dual-antibody drugs is more effective than dual-antibody drug therapy alone in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular stent implantation. It can reduce serum inflammatory factors, enhance anti-platelet aggregation, and reduce restenosis rate.
