目的:探讨枳壳甘草汤结合腰椎斜扳手法在治疗慢性非特异性腰痛患者中的临床疗效.方法:选取2021年03月—2022年10月在苏州市中医医院就诊的慢性非特异性腰痛患者60例,随机分为2组,对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊联合腰椎斜扳手法治疗,观察组在此基础上加服枳壳甘草汤;比较2组治疗前、治疗后4周及治疗后3个月的临床疗效、VAS评分、ODI指数、血清炎症因子IL-6及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组患者治疗后4周及治疗后3个月VAS评分、ODI指数均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者血清IL-6水平较对照组患者在治疗后4周差异无统计学意义,而在治疗后3个月显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗期间2组均未发生明显不良反应.结论:枳壳甘草汤结合腰椎斜扳手法治疗可显著减轻慢性非特异性腰痛的疼痛症状,降低血清炎症因子水平,且无明显不良反应,具有在临床推广使用的价值.
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Non-specific Low Back Pain using Zhike Gancao Decoction Combined with Lumbar Oblique Wrench Technique
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhike Gancao decoction combined with lumbar oblique wrench manipulation in the treatment of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain. Methods: 60 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who were treated in Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules combined with the lum-bar oblique wrench method, and the observation group On this basis, Zhike Gancao Decoction was added; the clinical ef-ficacy, VAS score, ODI index, serum inflammatory factor IL-6 and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results: The VAS scores and ODI index of the patients in the observation group 4 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; the serum IL-6 level of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the patients in the control group 4 weeks after treatment. The difference was not statistically significant, but it was significantly lower than that of the control group 3 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant; no obvious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment period. Conclusion: Zhike Gancao decoction combined with lumbar oblique wrench manipulation can significantly reduce the pain symptoms of chronic non-specific low back pain and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors without obvious ad-verse reactions, which has the value of clinical promotion and use.
