Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Dilong Shuyao Decoction in the Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type)
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Dilong Shuyao Decoction in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (kidney deficiency and blood stasis type). Methods: Select 68 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated from December 2021 to December 2022. The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with modern medicine. For routine treatment, the treatment group was given Dilong Shuyao Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the treatment was continued for 28 days. The pain visual analog scale (VAS score), Japanese Orthopedic Association lumbar spine assessment and treatment score (JOA score) and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the pain level, lumbar spine assessment and treatment scores, and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients; after treatment, the pain levels and TCM syn-drome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group Both were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant; after treatment, the JOA scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment, and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%, which was higher than that of the control 88.23% of the group, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: Dilong Shuyao Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, effectively reduce pain, improve their lumbar function, and improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
