Discussion on the Diagnosis and Treatment Experience of Ovulation Disorder Infertility based on State Target Theory
Anovulatory infertility is a common disease among women in the reproductive period, and its incidence is increasing year by year. At present, Western medicine treatment mainly focuses on ovulation-stimulating drugs, which of-ten results in high ovulation, low pregnancy, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, etc. The state target theory combines the unique syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional medicine with modern medicine's understanding of diseases, laboratory indicators, imaging examinations and modern pharmacological research. It is a treatment idea that integrates Chinese and Western medicine and has been proven to have good clinical effects. The instructor applied the state-target combination theory to divide the disease into three states: deficiency and stasis, deficiency and dampness, and deficiency and depression. During the pregnancy trial period, the disease was divided into three phases for targeting, which promoted follicle maturation and assisted the endometrium to become pregnant, and achieved remarkable results.
