This article summarizes Professor YOU Zhaoling's clinical experience in treating PCOS infertility. PCOS infertility is one of the common types of female infertility. You Lao believes that follicular dysplasia and ovula-tion disorder are its essence. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medi-cine. Based on the time-limited growth and development of ovarian follicles in women, , You Lao proposed a trilogy of diagnosis and treatment of "warming the nest - assisting with bubbles - leaving the nest", advocating replenishing Qi, warming the kidneys, and activating blood to warm the nest. He also used "bubble-making method" and flower medi-cine to help bubble development and promote bubble discharge. The treatment principle is to use foaming to promote ovulation and assist pregnancy. The prescriptions are selected from the modified egg-protecting soup and other modi-fications, and the treatment is staged, combined with medicinal dietary therapy and external auricular treatment. The clinical treatment of PCOS infertility has achieved certain results, which is worthy of our study and reference.
