Summary of YI Weizhen's Experience in Identifying and Treating Acne-induced Mastitis
Acne-induced mastitis mostly occurs in non-lactating and non-pregnant women. Its pathogenesis is not yet clear, and the disease is protracted and difficult to cure, prone to recurrence, and causes great trouble to women's physical and mental health. Based on the basic pathogenesis of "phlegm and blood stasis" of acne-prone mastitis, Di-rector YI Weizhen established the treatment principle centered on "eliminating phlegm and dissipating stagnation, ac-tivating blood circulation and dispersing stasis". In the lump period, it is supplemented with soothing the liver, clearing away heat, warming yang and dispersing stagnation; During the purulent stage, it is used to remove the poison; during the ulcer stage, emphasis is placed on promoting muscle growth and reducing sores; during the recovery stage, emphasis is placed on strengthening the body and consolidating the foundation. According to the changes in the patient's clini-cal condition, the treatment can be flexibly modified, so that the mass gradually disappears and the wound gradually heals, and the effect is better than simple stage differentiation and treatment.
