摘要
戴宁教授认为早泄与肾、脾、肝、心密切相关,尤以肾为重,以精关不固、精液封藏失职为病机.戴宁教授根据临床观察将早泄分为肾精不固、阴虚火旺、脾肾亏虚、肝郁肾虚、心神不安、肝经湿热六种证型,分别予以桑螵蛸散、知三颗粒、起痿11号方、健脾养精汤、安神定志丸、柴胡胜湿汤.其中知三颗粒与起痿11号方为戴宁教授多年临证经验的总结,两方对于临床常见的阴虚火旺型、肝郁肾虚型患者具有显著的治疗效果.戴教授注重针药结合辨治疾病,作者总结跟师临床经验及典型验案,分析其辨治特色,以供临床参考.
Abstract
Professor DAI Ning believes that premature ejaculation is closely related to the kidneys, spleen, liver, and heart, especially the kidneys. The pathogenesis is the failure of the Jing Guan and failure to seal semen. Professor DAI Ning classified premature ejaculation into six syndrome types based on clinical observation: insufficient kidney essence, Yin deficiency and excessive fire, spleen and kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and kidney deficiency, rest-lessness, and liver meridian dampness and heat. He gave Sangzhuzi Powder, Zhisan Granules, and Prescription No. 11 for treating impotence, Jianpi Yangjing Decoction, Anshen Dingzhi Pills, Bupleurum Shengshi Decoction. Among them, Zhisan Granules and Qiyi No. 11 Prescription are the summary of Professor DAI Ning's many years of clinical experi-ence. The two prescriptions have significant therapeutic effects on patients with Yin deficiency and fire exuberance and liver stagnation and kidney deficiency, which are common clinical symptoms. Professor DAI focuses on the combina-tion of acupuncture and medicine to differentiate and treat diseases. The author summarizes the clinical experience and typical cases of the teacher and analyzes the characteristics of differentiation and treatment for clinical reference.
